Summary: The only complaint I have is that the beds were not very comfortable. They were a little too hard to my liking. The bedding was clean and nice. The pillows were great. Our service was amazing! The pool annd hot tub anrea were not annd very clean. Over all I would rate 4 stars. And the only reason I’m not choosing 5 is because the bed to me is a huge thing.

Summary: The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub were nice. I’d have rather had pump soap for sink and shower rather than bars and tiny bottles. Especially irritating was when I had to sign a paper about my dog. I couldn’t leave her in the room by herself. I was traveling with 2 children, ages 7 & 8. How could we go to the pool or breakfast without leaving the dog alone? If this clause had been mentioned before I reserved the room, I wouldn’t have reserved it. Plus, if my dog was loud and destructive, I would have boarded her near home instead of taking her with us.

Summary: We checked in and 3 hours later we checked out. Was not what i expected. The pool was dirty. Was further away than i thought. I was not happy.
